Summary, etc. La educación, según el autor, cumplió más que una función económica, una función esencialmente política y enfoca el problema desde los sectores representativos de los nuevos grupos sociales que accedieron al poder y esos grupos dirigentes asignaron a la educación una función política y por lo tanto no jugó un papel importante en relación con la economía nacional y sí con las necesidades del régimen político.
