Summary, etc. Sancionada el Primero de mayo de 1853 por el Congreso General Constituyente reunido en Santa Fe. Fue modificada en 1860, 1866, 1898, 1949, 1957, 1972 y 1994. Las reformas de 1949 y 1972 quedaron sin efecto. La Convención Nacional de 1994 ordenó el texto constitucional, conforme fue publicado en el Boletín Oficial del 23-08-94, y su fe de erratas del 24-08-94.
