| Summary, etc. | EL libro es el resultado de un intento de comprender qué sucede con las personas que trabajan en grupos y organizaciones. El autor analiza las diversas teorías relacionadas con el tema y demuestra su importancia para el mundo del trabajo. Es el caso de las ideas de Freud con respecto al comportamiento grupal, modificadas por M. Klein y que influyeron sobre W. Bion, autor de la teoría que puso el acento en los procesos inconscientes que se verifican en los grupos. La teoría general de los sistemas permitio a E. Trist y otros describir las organizaciones como sistemas sociotécnicos. Al mismo tiempo, el concepto de dinámica de grupo de K. Lewin ha permitido una mayor comprensión de la importancia que revisten para el trabajo la participación y la organización, y ha provocado el surgimiento de una nueva forma de educación:los grupos T y el método de aprendizaje de laboratorio. |
