| Summary, etc. | El objetivo es elaborar un panorama ideológico, hurgar y descubrir el hilo conductor del proceso codificador. La investigación va dirigida en dos sentidos: 1)para situar la codificación dentro del concepto de Derecho vigente en la época; 2)para captar la mentalidad social, rastreando las corrientes de pensamiento que se manifestaron en la época sobre el tema, sin que la visión escape del campo de la historia jurídica. Para comprensión del tema se analiza el movimiento europeo y americano coetáneo y sus principales innfluencias. |
