Analiza la inexplorada obra del heterodoxo socialista Enrique Del Valle Iberlucea (1877-1921), intelectual marxista, primer senador nacional por el socialismo en América Latina, y una de las primeras voces masculinas que, en Argentina, reclamaron derechos civiles para las mujeres. Bajo la modernización liberal, los debates sobre los derechos femeninos fueron atravesados por las discusiones acerca del modelo de nación y de una ciudadanía incluyente y universal, opuesta a otra concepción particularista, basada en el sexo. |
