The purpose of this book is to provide a collection of material for the study and practice of the English language in educational establishments of many kinds but all at the stage somewhere between the end o secondary and the beginning of Tertiary or higher school. The book is divided into two parts: 1: Passages for interpretation and analysis. 2: Passages for comparison.
