Los actores de la institución escolar (docentes, alumnos, directivos) advierten cómo se modifica su espacio de actividad, buscando definir su protagonismo dentro de un proceso que se plantea desde planificaciones generales, con escasa atención a sus opiniones y tomas de posición. La autorreflexión de los docentes sobre su rol se hace decisiva en esta circunstancias, cuando las prácticas institucionales cristalizadas se rompen, y abren campo a un espacio de reconstitución imprescindible.
